King of naga Vase Puja (海龙王宝瓶大法会)

The King og Nagas, who is enormously powerful is one of the eight main protectors of Buddha Dharma. He had taken vow before, to protect the Dharma and practitioners. In the sutras there are many Nagas who are care for various areas ie the sea, lakes, rivers and mountains.

The Nagas benefit their respective area and prevent the inhabitants from being struck by misfortune such as diseases, inauspiciousness and disasters.

Due to environmental disturbances strike the Nagas they are unable to look after their respective areas. Therefore the Naga vase is able to bring good harvest and fulfill the wishes of the beings in Naga realm. By placing these favorite auspicious gems, mantra, medicinal herbs and prayer that will please the Nagas enormously powerful.

供养龙王宝瓶有何功德？

龙王是佛教天龙八部护法之一，群龙之首亦龙神或龙王，具有广大的神威力。护法龙王都曾在佛前发下大誓言，要护持佛法及修行佛法的人。

过去及现在无数具证量的大成就者，实践佛法经论密续中的无比智慧，结集及调制龙王甘露，龙药，供龙妙香，再配以甘露丸，七宝，舍利宝物，陀罗尼咒幔等，装藏瓶中，以无上密加持祝祷，成就能平息龙族身心疾苦及怨怒之法药。把这些能令龙天大喜大悦之妙宝，放置江河大海，溪涧泉眼，山岸岩洞，山石林中，供养八大龙王与其无量护法眷属，能获得不可思议的世间福报。
